If a particular name brand contacts bonz they have no choice but to remove certain items. Do not know details, you should send message to support

It may also be on hold until…some brands that are counterfeited are on required holds

Bonanza has been contacted in past by authorized dealers to remove items

But, I’m selling it second-hand. Is this not allowed? I thought this is like eBay here…

I was selling something once second hand but told to take it down on eBay by a lawyer who represented the dealer. It’s a PITA when it happens but from time to time it does.

Even ebay will remove second hand name brands if contacted to do so….as said contact support d

Yes, Ebay is strict on removing items, they do it all the time. And Bonanza has to do it if they are contacted by the mfg. of the items, also there are groups that “watch” for fakes to be listed and contact Bonanza even tho i dont know if bonanza listens to them

Why would they leave the shoes with the same brand name? https://www.bonanza.com/listings/Comme-Des-Garcons-X-Nike-Air-Pegasus-Men-s-US12-/[phone number removed]

They have either already be approved or tb

Or they have not been reported….hate working on mobile device…can’t really get anything done right

You sound like me, Cindy. A mobile device will never take the place of a desktop for me ultimately.

Look up “First Sale Doctrine.” It will show you clearly what your rights are. Unfortunately, it is always easier for a site to pull your listing than understand and comply with the actual law. Yes, according to that concept, once you own something, it is yours to do with as you will – of course, you can’t make copies and sell the copies, though. This has gone through the courts over and over and over. You do need to prove that you actually owner the item, and that it not a knock-off.
