Why does the original picture still show up after you've used the background burner in the edited listing?

I’ve re-done a picture in one listing using the background burner, but when I update the booth, it’s still the same picture and not the burned one I cchose! The flame (for the background burner) is now on the picture, but not the burned picture. I’m assuming the background burner isn’t working correctly?

I realize the original question was asked over a year ago, but I’ve been having this issue for a long time now too. Sometimes the burned image sticks, sometimes it doesn’t, sometimes it comes and goes.

As far as I know, its working. im pretty sure it mentions someplace in there that the burned photo shows to the public, but to keep your booth the looking way it was, your original pic will show to you. However, i have one item where i see the the burned photo, and some of my other ones I see the flame but don’t see the burned photo….so im not sure what is going on.
