Why is my google feed disabled? or how do i enable it?

I’m just starting listing here, though I signed up a long time ago. I selected the basic advertising (max fee 9%). Under Feed diagnostics→Google Disgnostics it says feed disabled. and under Feed status it says Google has not processed the feed yet.

I’m not sure I understand how it all works, but that doesn’t seem right to me. I thought that selecting the basic advertising should enable the google feed. I don’t see anywhere that I should have to do something else to enable the feed.

I didn’t see that, so thanks, but when I look at that, yes is already checked for that.

Go to Update Items as a Group
Click on Search Optimize
Click [URL removed]

Suppress GPS [URL removed] Enable Disable

Check items you wish to send to google and then select….Disable (meaning you want to disable the feed suppression)

This was added when we had to start advertising, because some people wanted to control which items went to google..

Once you do that, the search optimization information (attributes) will show

I followed these instructions and got the [URL removed] “Just letting you know… 5 items will no longer be suppressed from your GPS feed” so that appears to have done something. I still see “Feed disabled” in the Google Diagnostics. I’ll give it some time and check with a google search.

if everything is turned ‘on’ and feed is still disabled, I would contact bonz..because it could mean that you had too many SEO errors and google suspended the feed…

I checked everything I had for sale in my booth… My art does not have a brand, mpn or upc… how do I keep that from being suspended?
