I am curious as to why this message would be display when trying to look at someone’s booth.
‘Whoops. There was an error.
You do not have permission to access the booth requested. If this is your own booth and it hasn’t been activated, you must be logged in to view it.’
I have seen it a couple of times lately.

means booth is not active at this time.
If you are clicking on See XXXX booth from here when they ask a question (usually a new booth)..has not been activated yet, so only the ‘owner’ of the booth has access at that time…
If the booth was on vacation then it would display a vacation notice…see this booth

Booth is temporarily closed due to out dated information (CC expirred), or Bonz cannot access the Payment options set up to process orders
The seller closed (deactivated) the booth
Another reason..is Site updates..server updates, booths are on different servers and the server the booth is on is in the process of updating…
This even happens sometimes when you try to go to your own booth

I always thought it was because they closed up their booth. But i understand what you mean, i have seen members with active questions here, and when i go to look at their booth, i see the same thing. So, im not really sure.

Could it be the booth is ‘On Vacation’? I dont know as I have never run in to this.

As mentioned, either the booth is new & hasn’t yet been activated, or the owner has certain privacy settings, I thought some people had restrictive privacy settings because same thing happened to me, I even checked a day or so later some booths to see if it changed, someone would ask a question but you can’t view their booth its not good because if you want to take a look or browse, the message is very off putting & if potential customers happen upon it, its not a good impression. Sometimes it would be an issue during a transaction the question would be regarding a Bonanza order/customer, which is why it came off as preferred privacy settings If a booth has not been activated the message shouldbe something along those lines this shop is not open yet, will be soon, is on vacation, etc, instead of a rejection message, you don’t have permission to view this booth.
