Not so much a question but a “plea” for members to reach out to Bonanza Tech Services. We need the “Widget” repaired!!!.. Been down way too long now…Having this option was one of my top reasons for joining Bonanza…For you folks that don’t know what the “Widget” [URL removed] See your “make a widget” button (link) in your booth. Located on the left hand side within your control panel. This option enables you to post listings easily on other sites like Craiglist, Bookoo and many other local web sites that only cater to your vicinity. Witch is a way to get Local attention to your products and gain resource intel.
Then there is [URL removed] Now depending on your demographic, your Facebook page will lead you to “your local groups”. There you will find groups (when searching for them) that focus on “SELLING” buying and trading a variety products. Big incentive here! You can also list with “product specific” groups so not to seem like your selling in a “Yard Sell type Group”…not that there bad..Possibilities here too…..My #1 reason is the Widget offers a way for you to personally advertise your Booth to a HUGE public setting outside your Friends and Family, that otherwise would be missed,,,unless your
paying the high rate to advertise on Facebook …doing it this way..its Free…and with the Bonanza Widget working…MUCH, MUCH easier …also presents your product as it is here..not some picture with a caption under it…….So please help me in my crusade in getting these guys moving!!…Email tech services with "BRING BACK THE WIDGET!!

Thanks for the heads up ZiggyZool….emailed Tech services about this …odd that they didn’t advise me about the Widget “back door”…Lots intel on your end….Should I have any questions about this I hope you wouldn’t mind If I where to ask?..Cheers

It appears that the Create A Widget has been moved from the link in your booth toolbox to your My Bonanza Page. If you look under the Selling Tools at the top of that page and click on the Icon that says Publish to A Blog, once you click there a menu of widget types comes up. Under the one that says Build a Static Widget you can go to the top tab that says Pick a Widget, once you click on that you’ll see a list of all the widgets you’ve already created. From there you can edit the widgets you’ve already created. I did find that adding items from my booth to a widget no longer works however if you use search terms in the search box under the Add an Item to the widget, you’ll be able to find your item and add it to a current widget. The process is a lot more cumbersome than it used to be but it’s a work around at any rate. Hope this helps. Hopefully, they’ll get it fixed back to the easier way of editing a widget, but if not at least you’ll still be able to use the Widget process.
