Would like to pay on bill prior to notification

Hello.

It looks like I cannot go ahead and pay anything on my bill prior to receiving an email from Bonanza on when money is due?

Would like to pay something on it so that it does not get ahead of me.

Thanks,

Sharon

Sharon, im not sure, but I THINK you have to wait for the invoice from Bonanza, then you have only so many days to pay it or pay something on it before they take it from the card you have on file.

I figured so….but was hoping not. Thank you, Sparkles.

You can pay your bill early… but only if you owe a total of at least $3. Bonanza won’t let you pay (or even invoice you) until you reach that minimum because it costs them too much (as a percentage of the amount) in processing fees.

I believe that the link to manually pay does show up (I know it used to) once you hit the $3 mark in owed fees. Here’s Bonanza’s webpage on paying [URL removed]

Thank you, Tom. I was looking at my fees page that shows for every month including the current month. I did not see a link but I will check out the link you gave. I’ve hit over the $3 mark.

Okay. I looked but I still don’t see where I can pay. I read the link and then followed the instructions on how to get to current statement plus all statements. It’s only a little over $10 but I’d still like to pay it before it gets higher. I’ll email support and post about what they say….

I got a response on my email to support and they enabled the button where I can pay early as long as the bill is over $3

What I am not sure of is if it was a glitch that I did not have the button to pay early OR if this is something Bonanza has to activate on their end.
