Wrong address is showing on packing slips. please help.

I have changed my address and still it shows an address I have not had in over 6 months. It looks very messy to have to mark out the old address and write in the correct one, but it is important to have it right because that is the first place a buyer looks if they need to make a return.

I keep trying to re-save the correct one every time I have a sale, but it never works. All I can figure is there is a secret place to make this change. The one under Account Info doesn’t do it.

Please help. Thanks.

1 Answer

Go to the packing slip
Click on edit at the bottom
Change the address
Go back to the top
Check box that says
Save as default address
Save Changes

It should save the new address on future packing slips, but on past ones or ones right now the old address will show, but you can edit/change them before printing

Thank you! I just did as you instructed and am crossing my fingers that it does save for future packing slips. Sure does seem like a redundancy after changing it in your Account Info, but so good to find someone to help!
