Are my uploaded items on sale?

Hello! I need help.
I uploaded my products from Amazon, it was successful.
Now I want to advertise my products, but I have a message that “there are no items for sale”
And all my items are with dim green light, not bright.
I think that my products are not activated.
Please help me to advertise or activate my items.

You are right, You don’t have items online, they are not visible to the buyers.

If You log off and click on Your booth’s link [URL removed]
You will also see “Showing 0 total products” info.

Since You have light green dots, this means Your items are ready to go live (the yellow dots would mean that something major was missing from listings).

Just have a quick look to check, if importing didn’t change some format details, etc. and if You find everything is as You wish to have, You can activate Your booth [URL removed]

Selling —> Add or edit items —> click on a green button Update booth

Then go [URL removed] Selling —> Advertise items and choose Your advertising level.

Good luck!

ArtistsUnion is correct..except since you have never had an active booth the large green button will say

Activate Booth not update booth…after which any changes the button will say Update booth

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
