Booth help - urgent

Admin to help urgently please – just went to my store to start work again – and only 1 item showing – and above it telling it that my booth will be activated once it is approved ??

Somehow over 27 000 items have disappeared overnight – they dont appear when viewing my booth either.

Before I have a stroke – please help.

I need help with importing from ebay. I have tried following your rules and out of several hundred auctions I only get 24 of them and the import program still says import in progress 24 hours later. Also it says it sees 570 items but they are not in the booth. Please give me an answer or have a tech

There has been so many glitches on this site. Hang in there Binanza is working hard to correct them. The wait for support is about a day so don’t worry you will get a response. Sometimes Shelly and Mark stop by if they do see your message they will help you right away. Good luck!

Thanks for writing about your booth status. We sent a notice on September 6th about an issue with your account. We didn’t hear back from you so we put it on hold until we were able to reach you and make the correction. We took a look this morning and we see you updated your booth and it is now back online. If you did not receive the notice we sent please add Bonanza to your safe sender list on your email provider.

You both need to contact support directly! Use the contact button at the bottom of any page and fill out the required info asked.

thanks Annimae – I did that before posting – I was hoping for some quicker action seeing as how concerning the problem is.

You don’t understand.
Jules has been with Bonanza since the early days.
Not like a newbie not pressing or finding the buttons to activate,
but a long term member here.

thanks Policequilts – slowly driving myself insane with it today – Bonanza say they are working on it. Going to bed with a major stress headache. Hopefully will be solved soon

J7339, there is really no way for us to know how that happened., Annimae is correct, best route is to contact support, it takes them a day or so to get back to you, but they will. Just keep checking your email., they dont send you a reply here on bonanza, they send the messages with the email you signed up with. Good Luck!
