Credit card payment , did anybody get paid yet?

have 3 credit card transactions, not been paid yet. been over 10 days, they say 5-10 days for payment to be transferred to my bank account. just wondering is it taking longer or is bonanza just holding it longer. i had a sale on amazon which was my first one. payment was made to my bank account on the 14th day just like they said. it was nice to see amazon made the payment automatically instead of me having to contact customer support. my sales have gone up since i have added these 2 forms of payment options in my booth

This is something that you should contact support about..since it is a new feature, they still may be working things out. [email protected]

Your disbursement date depends on whether you marked the item shipped, and whether you gave Bonanza tracking information. From the terms of [URL removed]

We will initiate a deposit of Registered Seller’s Available Balance into Registered Seller’s Bank Checking Account within two (2) to five (5) days after the merchandise associated with the Payment Transaction is scheduled to arrive at the buyer’s address, per the tracking information provided by the Registered Seller. If the Registered Seller does not provide tracking information, but marks the order as shipped, payment will be disbursed to the Seller’s Bank Checking Account 10-30 (ten to thirty) days after purchase, depending on the Registered Seller’s past performance on Bonanza (see 4d). If the buyer leaves positive feedback on the transaction, we will consider the Payment Transactions satisfactory, and distribute funds to the Seller’s Bank Checking Account on the next business day. If the seller does not mark the order as shipped and the buyer does not leave any feedback, Bonanza will disburse to the Seller’s Bank Checking Account 45 (forty five) days after the purchase date.

Thanks for posting this. Sometimes sellers forget to provide shipping info and this clarifies this. I know that Amazon would not disburse money without the shipping info (I learned the hard way on that—I had put the tracking in Bonanza but not at Amazon). No tracking = no money on Amazon too.

left tracking info and marked as shipped

So, two to five days after delivery. Has the item been deliverd yet?

Glad to see this thread/question. I was wondering the same thing. Just had my first CC sale and will ship in the morning. But I do have another question if I may add to this. How are we paid? Where do the funds go?

Did you not give your bank information when you signed up? “All funds minus payment processing and any potential currency conversion fees will be deposited into this US bank account.”

Thanks CindyBear. I had done exactly what you mentioned above. Just forgot about it.

Hi!

I had a sale payed via the new cc option. Package was shipped on 8/26, delivered on 8/29. Today (9/9) Bonanza attempted to deposit funds from that transaction into our business account but ran into an issue (they are working on fixing it). So 9 business days from the time of shipment for us to get paid on that first cc order. That’s not too terrible but not too great either.

“not been paid yet. been over 10 days” – is this from the date of shipping or entering tracking info? If yes, you need to contact support. :)
