Different name same address

I have a buyer who just today became a member on bonanza. She has purchased an item along with a note to ship to a different name but same address. First off I don’t know how to do that and from what I gather e-bay does not allow this. Thanks for your help.

Most buyers on bonanza become members the same day they see the item they want to purchase. Also, This is not ebay., and I think what you may be referring to is ebay did not want members to ship to a different address that was not the address they had on paypal, not sure what they do not as I hardly sell there any longer. But I dont see a problem with a different name, as long as it is the same address. I have done this before with no problems.

If you want to ship to them, just go to paypal and ship it.

I buy things all the time for my son and have it shipped in his name…probably just a gift to someone in the same household…and it isn’t ebay..you can actually decide what you want to do…editing name on shipping lable is no problem

Don’t worry about your online venue, instead worry about your seller protection with PayPal, Amazon, Stripe, etc. Here is what you need to look at with PayPal.
