Digital goods

not a question but more a request. I wish Bonanza would provide us a way to sell digital goods and not have to pick shipping. It makes it too confusing even though it says in the listings they are digital downloads. And I dont want to pay for a membership to sell them either.

This is an official Bonanza response.

Thanks for the request @BowersBestBuy! We recommend all users to use our “submit an idea” feature by hovering your mouse over the Help button at the top of any Bonanza page and clicking the submit an idea.

We suggest using Free Shipping for shipping in the US and setting your Flat Rate to $0.00 for international shipping. If you select “The details can be found in the item description” then you’ll need to approve the order before your customer can complete the checkout process. If you don’t want to go through and edit all of your listings, you’ll want to use the Batch Editor to update your shipping settings. You can also create a shipping profile that you can then apply to your listings.

Hope this helps!

That sounds like quite a bit of hassle why don’t you just remove the shipping option from the digital goods listing? that would help many buyers and sellers.
