Does bonanza even read support tickets?

I asked for a refund in a support ticket THREE DAYS ago. I got a response message saying the ticket was marked as complete. I stated that the ticket was NOT complete and that I still required a refund receipt for my purchase.
Today I check my email and the item has been shipped. I’m highly dissatisfied with the lack of communication and quality customer service in this business and will not be purchasing from this website ever again.

You should have contacted the seller directly.

Bonanza Support may have forwarded your message to the actual seller of the item, as that independent Bonanza seller is the one who sold the item, collected the money, shipped the item, and is the party responsible for any refunds.

Please try contacting the seller you purchased the item from — there is a “Send them a message” link in the sales record of your purchase. Check your My Bonanza page for purchased items. If you don’t get satisfaction from the seller, you should contact Bonanza Support again and inform them about what is happening.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
