Your ID implies you may be selling high-end electronics. Bonanza wants to make sure that you will deliver products to your customers and that those items are not counterfeit.

Bonanza has always tried to do its best when it comes to protecting buyers from any type of counterfeit items and/or scams where sellers don’t deliver. This is not to say that you are going to do any of that. But, without any feedback showing that you have been successful in the past and that customers were satisfied with your products and service, it may be difficult to sell those kinds of items on Bonanza. Would you purchase expensive items from a seller that had zero feedback?

However, asking the questions in this forum won’t get you much more than opinions (mine included) that don’t matter in the end. You have to satisfy Bonanza Support and ask THEM what you would need to do next.

Bonanza’s response to this error from another seller

This error is assigned when an account is put on hold (usually your account is missing required information). Booths in this state need to be manually approved by support. When you receive that error, support will also receive a request to review your booth.
