You will have to ask the seller..
The seller’s location is shown as small flag at the top when you view the shopping cart and has items on hand, then that is where they are coming from.
At one time the criteria to sell here was to have items on hand..though that is no longer a requirement
..if the seller is a drop shipper, you will have to ask them where their items are coming from…
