I wanted to change my billing from monthly to annual and I see no way to do that can someone help me please

If you mean your membership
Go to Membership
Cancel the membership you presently have. Once that one expires, you can go back and sign up for the yearly membership.
Otherwise contact support and ask them to change it from their side (though not sure if they will)
