I sent the wrong feedback to a buyer. How do I change it.

Just contact support. They can’t change the feedback, but they can remove it. Just give them all the information such as reason and what feedback. If you set your booth so you do not have to ok orders then you won’t have non payer issues.

If the FB is less than wonderful I would e-m the buyer & let him/her know you had a senior moment & hope to correct your error asap with the help of Bonz support. If the FB is generic I would probably leave it alone.
