Find the transaction in Items Sold
If payment was through some other method besides PP/CBA/GCO then at the bottom of the invoice it should say
Mark as Paid|Mark as Unpaid|View Packing Slip|…….
Click on Mark as Unpaid…this cancels the transaction and relists the item (please check this to make sure, otherwise click on Relist items
this is a screenshot of older transaction form but it still is the same general outline

I believe you have to give the buyer 7 days. After that, the option to “mark as unpaid” that ccmom shows above will appear. Once you do that, the item will be relisted and any associated fees will be refunded.
The relisted item will appear appear on you “sell on Bonanza” page but not in your booth until you “update”. The “update booth” link is on the “sell on Bonanza” page as well.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
