Thanks for reaching out and so sorry to hear about the trouble with the Amazon importer. Essentially, Amazon limits the amount of times per day we can call to their API, and we are exceeding this limit each day. When that limit is reached, Amazon automatically cancels any outstanding imports. The importer will then try to auto-sync at a later time. Our programming team is working on a way to connect to Amazon’s API from each user’s individual computer, rather than via the Bonanza API, as a workaround for this limitation. We hope to have this feature available soon so that sellers are able to successfully import and sync with their Amazon accounts.

In the meantime, some sellers find success by canceling and restarting the import if it is stuck or automatically canceled (you can restart the import on your Import from Amazon page by clicking the link to “Cancel automatic inventory synchronizing” and reimporting your items). Try starting at a different time of day.

We have initiated a new import from the back end and hope that your items will copy over soon.
