Hi!
Can anyone tell me where in the settings is the area where you enter your email address for incoming alerts from Bonanza? Such as “you have a sale” email notice?
I have checked everywhere….. I must be missing it! I’m not getting sales notices lately and I think they may be going to an old email that is no longer being used.

Oh… I found it! It’s under Account Settings, right there and I kept missing it! :)

I need help with the same thing. I do not get sales notifications. I have checked my settings and if there is problem there, I do not see it.
I have contacted support and received the auto response, that if I do not hear from them in 24 hours, to contact them again. That was on Sunday, and I have heard nothing since and I let them know I had not yet received a response (as their auto responses indicated I should).
I have checked spam, nothing there.
I am hoping someone from support will see this here and respond, as I don’t know what else to do.
I do get the notices to upload shipping, etc.
