How do you offer free shipping if xx$ is spent? For example spend $25 get free shipping?

Unfortunately, you can’t set it up that way. If all your items have the same dollar amount of shipping, you can set up a percent discount for purchases over $25 that equals the shipping. like if first class shipping is $2.41, you could put in a 10% discount.
