…on the suggestions page a few weeks ago, and since then I’ve been locked out of voting or submitting ideas. Why did this happen, and at what point can I participate again? Why are we limited in our number of votes when there are so many goo ideas floating around out there? My first suggestion would be to change the suggestion procedure!!!

There are things that should be done without any ‘voting’ (sic!) at all.
E.g. isn’t 8 months to long to wait for any [URL removed]

You can vote again, when some suggestion will be accepted and completed or officially declined, so Your vote will be ‘returned’ to You…
Or You can remove Your support from one suggestion and give it to another one…
Yes, it sounds like a [URL removed] I think not to follow it anymore.
After all, B. makes decisions based on their own sense of the necessity of the feature (change, addition, etc.) and not on the particular number of votes.
I understand, though, why it has been set this way (kind of more ‘valuable’ and ‘reliable’ votes, when they are limited) but suggestions can be made without voting, just opinions added in comments should be enough.
