HI,
I keep getting this message that i have 2 messages. When i click on it, i get this window that says ‘download to get your rmessages’.
I dont want to download this. Is this part of zazzle or spam?

Do NOT download and I would contact support. Since you updated your message that it is in your private email, I don’t think support here can do anything about it unless it’s coming from a Bonanza user’s email.

Do you mean you’re getting it in your email box? Does it say it’s from Bonanza?
If you’re getting it in your email and it does not say it’s from Bonanza (or even if it DOES say it’s from Bonanza but is telling to to download something), it’s spam and probably a phishing email. Just delete it.
If you’re seeing the message when you log in and go to your “my Bonanza page” (the blue message at the top that tells you how many sales, messages, etc. you have) and you’re getting the message download, try clearing your cache, dumping your cookies, logging out and logging in again. If that doesn’t work, you need to contact support.
If you’re seeing it as an ad on Bonanza pages (the ad at the bottom of the page unless you’re a gold member and have opted out), it’s a Google AdWords ad. Just ignore it.
