Did you log out and then log back in to see if that resolved the issue?

You can always resubmit another import request (but keep reading before doing that). If you do reimport, your first import will eventually be cancelled and you start over on the waiting list to import your items.

However, you should know that when Bonanza gets a lot of eBayer’s coming this way, it can take up to 36 hours for an import to complete. The more items you have, the longer it will take. I have had some imports completed in 2 hours and some took 36 hours. Your items are done in batches (giving everybody access to the import process). Eventually, the import will be completed.

The best recommendation is to NOT cancel the import and let the original request go to completion.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
