support has went downhill FAST!! You can email these people a zillion times and sy=till no response ,there is simply no way I will pay 40.00 a month , or even 20.00 / And get nothing in return

I think they are having some sort of problem with the zendesk system case manager. I get the auto-response that the system received my question but the real responses never get sent. And yes I check my spam folder just in case.

Is there any announcement page, where we can read about some recent problems, especially, if B. is experiencing some issues with a support platform that is preventing messages from being delivered?

E.g. there is some problem with duplicating [URL removed]

If all members would like to send messages informing about those kind of issues, then system could be blocked.

Would be better for us, for the site, first to check, if some problem is already mentioned, in order not to report it again.
