This is an official Bonanza response.

Hello KCwoodworking,

Thanks for writing to us so we can assist with this! To print shipping labels, you’ll just need to adjust the “print settings” in your browser prior to printing that label. Using the “print preview” option when viewing the label in your browser, you should be able to make some adjustments that’ll enable it to fit your printer better. Each label maker is a bit different, so you may need to toy around a bit before you find the best fit for your machine, but most people find success by adjusting the margins, and sometimes switching from portrait to landscape orientation (or the other way around).

We hope that this helps, and if you need further assistance, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help. Have a wonderful day!

This does not work. When your lable is cut and paste or size changed, it comes out unclear and fuzzy. Why is it coming to me as a PDF that is 8.5 × 11. This needs to START OUT as a 4×6 document. Or, like every other platform, allow a setting where Seller sets the size, and they get that size label.

I do change the size but it still doesn’t work. I use google chrome, I hit more settings then paper quality then advanced then paper size 100 mm x 150 I click ok and every time it prints the label but cuts it off because its trying to print 8 × 11 pic but the label appears in the middle and top of the page. Before Bonanza switched to new owner I was able to play with settings but anything I do now doesn’t work it just shows up really small or I can’t adjust it to 4 × 6. I tried buying a new printer thinking it was my printer but both printers are doing the same thing.

Any update?

We can’t find any settings anywhere to get Bonaza to use 4×6 labels and their support tried to say it is something we have to do but this is not true.

They are giving us an 8.5×11 pdf with an off-centered label and the only way is to waste time opening in Acrobat Pro, then cropping.

This is terrible workflow.

We just want 4×6″ labels like all other platforms offer.

Bonanza needs to have a setting for 4×6 label printers on the label generation side. It is not a printer setting that we can change on our side. ie, label is generated with a ton of white space around the label for 8.5×11 paper, when a label printer needs very little of that white space. I am starting to remember reasons why I stopped selling on Bonanza like 4 years ago…
