Uk seller needs urgent help

I have just opened my booth and I am about to throw my laptop out of the window. I am on the UK site for Bonanza and have the currency set to British stirling pounds but when I try to set my shipping details it is only giving me the option that I am sending from within the US! How do I change my settings to show I am in the UK and can set my delivery fees in £! Please help guys!

I didn’t know our booths are visible on [URL removed] …

I’m in Europe and my prices are set in US $. On the UK site they are automatically shown in £.
I’ve just logged in there and edited one of my listings – shipping is in $.

So, until somebody else gives You better advice, You can set You international shipping cost in $ (using this [URL removed] or some other similar site) and the amount will be shown in £ (You can always adjust Your price after checking Your listing online).

Check here my screenshot and info, maybe it will be helpful in setting the international shipping (scroll down):

Welcome to Bonanza and good luck!

Since bonanza is not hooked into the UK’s postal system you will have to set your shipping at a flat rate from the point of view of the US postal service and make the adjustments in costs accordingly. (as far as I know this has not changed, any international seller will have to set shipping this way, even on the uk site)

To view the costs in pounds, select the currency settings at the bottom of the page…mine says United State, US Dollars

I am also a seller from Europe and it is not possible to show, that you ship from UK or to set your own shipping time. Bonanza is a site for USA sellers, with no shipping options for foreign sellers. You can set your own shipping costs in dollars, but you will need to deliver the items in 1-10 days, which is USA Economy delivery.
The buyers will not know that you ship from the UK and will expect the items to arrive from United States. So I would recommend using fast shipping option.

I am outside of the US and UK – and state in my listings where it is sent from how long items may take to arrive – a lot of my items will take longer than 1-10 days – a lot are custom made. As long as buyers are made aware there shouldnt be a problem.

and once the buyer puts the items in cart..and if they pay attention, it does tell the location of the seller

Hi AngelicPretty, You’ve got a fantastic booth! On your listings it shows that you are shipping from Sk Slovakia. You can change the 1-10 day economy shipping to Unspecified shipping. You’ve done a great job making shipping times clear. If you need help just let us know at support@bonanza.com
