Cancelling an order means going to the payment source and refunding the money, there is no formal “Cancel order” link

Once done go to the fees
Find the invoice and click on
Request an refund
provide the cancellation transaction number from the payment source

Then you can go to the invoice and relist the item, update booth

OR go to batch edit, use the filter for items sold and select the item and them go to top and select For Sale option
Update booth

If the order was unpaid (an OBO that was awaiting checkout) then the “Mark as Unpaid” link will show on the invoice after 7 days…once you click on that link, the order is cancelled the item becomes active again once you hit update for the booth, and fees are cancelled.
