Where is the order approval setting?

I don’t have a lot of selling experience here and I just received an order for my approval! No where can I find a setting to uncheck where I approve an order before it can be processed. They then cancelled the order.

In Account Settings (My Bonanza Page)
Seller Settings

at bottom..DO NOT have this box checked
When I approve an order, send the buyer their invoice automatically (don’t prompt me to review the invoice)

(The wording is not the best, but if it is checked then you will get the Prompt me to review invoice email)

In Edit booth options
Payments and Purchases
make sure you have the Yes marked on this
Allow items to be purchased immediately (“buy it now”)

That doesn’t stop them from being vetted. yiu need to disable under “purchases and payments” section , i found it very hard to locate and find my way around!

why in my setting did not have allow item to be purchased immediately

I disabled approvals & offers as well as I think this discourages buyers from making a purchase. I would not make a purchase where the buyer has to approve me. When I shop I just want to click and purchase.

HOW DO I SOLVE THIS WHAT THE HECK????????

I’ve had this same thing happen multiple times over the past month. Every time I approve the offer, and the buyers never come back to purchase. I have checked my settings, and the box is NOT checked to review an invoice. There is no “allow buy it now” option. So, if Bonanza is stopping people from landing on their website through a social media link from checking out, that is where the dead end occurs. We don’t live in a climate where people are willing to wait hours to see if they can purchase an item. If they can’t check out here, they’ll just find another place to check out. If this is to discourage the purchase of orders from countries outside of the U.S., I would think they could determine foreign addresses in the checkout system and then require those sales to need approval. But in the case of all my sales that required approval, they were all based in the U.S.

this is the info i got directly from Bonanza help about the exact same issue, i haven’t seen this anywhere in their documentation, has anyone else? it would be helpful to have known this to cut down on confusion—-

“What has usually happened in these instances is the buyer has entered Bonanza from a site that does not share the location such as a social site. So the system cannot see if the buyer is domestic or international. The system will not let the buyer checkout so the seller does not end up without the right ship charges applied to the order. Hence the system will submit as an offer so the seller can adjust the ship charges.”
