Thanks for joining us in the community forum! If you do not see the “Cancel automatic inventory synchronization” then you are not syncing. When the sync is off you will just see the green import button that says Import Items.
We checked your booth and your sync is off.

Under the import from ebay. in Blue it says show advanced options.
Click on that and it opens [URL removed]

Synchronize my items and
to post any new items.
Uncheck that box.
