Can I access items that were accidentally ended (half were, very upset) Why do some items say no URL when trying to import?

I was trying to figure out how to put only certain items on sale in my booth, basically the ones that aren't selling that well. How can I do that? Is there a way, other than doing them one by one with a coupon code? thanks!
