I just import items from Etsy, but still can not the items in Bonanza, how long it would take to show my item in Bonanza?

I decided I don't want to sell one of my purses just yet but if I delete it under "edit", won't I lose the pics and write- up completely? I'd just like to put that one item on " vacation"; how do I do that?
