Vintage Enameled Brass Covered Jar – With and 39 similar items

Offered here is this Vintage Enameled Brass Covered Jar. It is in good condition but is very dusty and needs a good cleaning. I am unsure of the age or origins of the jar. The jar is made of a non-metallic metal that I believe is brass and has a colorful enameled design on it, both lid and jar, with the inside being enameled as well. There are some scuffs and tiny areas of damage to the enameling in several spots, outside as well as inside. The box has a lid that fits down snugly on top of it. It is 3.25” tall, 2.5” deep, 1.5” in diameter at the top, and 2” in diameter at the bottom. The enameling is done in a way that is like cloisonné, with some tiny wires defining the pattern. It is a beautiful old jar that would be a lovely addition to your collection.
