Gorham Norman Rockwell Stein 1958 Four Seasons Series Spring, Adventures Between Adventures, 1958 Limited Ed. Only 9800. This 8 inch ceramic tankard was made by Gorham; it is part of their Four Seasons Collection. This is the “Spring” tankard and is part of a 9,800 piece limited edition collection. It depicts Norman Rockwell artwork images of a boy napping, with his fishing pole and dog beside him. It stands just under 8 inches ( 7 7/8” ) high; at the base its diameter is approximately 4 ”, while at the mouth ,3 1/2 inches. As we related, it is one of four depiction of the seasons done by Rockwell. Each of the produced tankards-steins is made of fine china. The stein has a band of a band of 24 Karat burnished gold. The item is pre-owned, and does not include a box or a COA. In excellent condition. We offer prints made in the “ traditional” way such as serigraphs, stone lithos etc. because they are limited as opposed to reproductions like digital art such as giclees.
