3-Pak of stainless steel sausage tubes for the new stainless steel Smokehouse Chef tm brand meat grinder attachment for the Kitchenaid mixer AND the sausage stuffing plate
You need the stuffing plate when using your meat grinder as a sausage stuffer. The 2-hole plate allows the meat to flow faster into the tubes and sausage casings. You do not need the knife in the unit when stuffing sausage with the stuffer plate and tubes.
1/2" for snack sticks, slim jims etc. (6" long)
3/4" for traditional links (6" long)
1 1/4" for summer sausage, bologna and filling of freezer bags (4" long)
