Refunds are accepted. However, to receive a refund, the item must be returned within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The item must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged and in the original package along with packaging materials. After the item is received and passes inspection, the refund process will begin. The money will be refunded to the payment method you used during the purchase.
