This is a Rare Pair of 11 1/4" Dinner Plates from Universe Ceramics and Made in Los Angeles California. The plates are designed from a Heath Mold and the colors are also similar to Heath Pottery of Sausalito, California. They are both in good pre-owned condition with no chips or cracks - there is some stacking wear present though not really seen unless you hold in light and turn at angles - beautiful color on plates.
