Surveillance camera PCI capture card and similar items

Chatuau vGuard VT4C-RT PCI 4 channel capture card with hardware encoder (RT means hardware encoder). No driver seems to be available. vguard.tw seems to be a dance studio now, and the support.html page doesn't have links to the driver file anymore. This card might be an older or newer revision that doesn't work with the RT driver that I did manage to find on the Internet. The Windows 2000 computer that it came out of was using a driver called something like vccdrv.sys. I know that there were 6 letters before the .sys. I don't know if that's the correct driver. The viewing software had been removed from that computer so I never could test it. Some of the fans don't work but it doesn't seem like they get hot enough to need the fans. Maybe they make more heat when they're in use. UNTESTED. Recognized by Windows. 30 day returns accepted. You pay the return shipping cost. I'll give you a rebate/discount if you send me the drivers. I have some drivers that I did manage to find. I could send them to you if you have a different RT card.
