(Internal #AK-MOOSE-104) This is a GENUINE SECTION OF polished ALASKAN MOOSE HOOF, etched with a beautiful duck beginning to fly, and glued to a solid wood base. Signed "IB" for Alaskan Eskimo artist Isaac Bear.
Great display piece for anyone who hunts the big critters.
Hoof measures 3-1/2" tall x 3" wide x 1-5/8" deep. Base is 4-1/2" wide x 3-1/4" deep x 5/8" tall.
This is Genuine Native Alaskan art work, signed by the artist, so your collectible retains as much provenance as we can provide. This is a result of strictly regulated legal hunting of these animals by subsistence Native Eskimo people who use all of the animal for food and other parts made into art for re-sale for their subsistence livelihood.
