Made in Germany. Most likely
Shutter works at 1/25 Sec and faster but not well at slower speeds
No scratches on the lens
No fungus visible inside the lens
Diafram works
Manual focus only no rangefinder
This is sold only as a collector's item, or for parts.

The leatherette is peeling in places and the black dye has rubbed or faded off in places
