If you require assistance with returning or exchanging your order, our team is available to provide support. We provide options for returns or exchanges within a 30-day period (applicable in the USA) from the purchase date. Alternatively, a refund to your original payment method can also be arranged.

MilitaryForces building kits must be unopened and in good condition.
All items must be returned in their original packaging with all the original parts and pieces.
MilitaryForces Merchandise must not show any visible signs of wear or use.
Shipping fees for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and verify the returned item(s), the appropriate exchange or refund will be processed within 7 business days.
