THIS IS FROM A TRADE SHOW, LIKELY TIRES (goodyear winged foot) BUT i CANNOT CONFIRM SINCE ZERO GOODYEAR PROVENANCE ON THIS UNMARKED PIECE. IT may BE FROM A FOOTWEAR COBBLER CONVENTION, YOU BE THE JUDGE. THE REAR TACK STYLE CLUTCH BACK MECHANISM WORKS PERFECTLY TO WHICH IS ATTACHED THE FINE CHAIN AND WING TO STICK INTO BUTTON HOLE.
