We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) via return email. Package your return(s) including the RMA number and ship the product back to us postmarked within 5 business days after receiving the RMA number. The product must be in a resalable condition and in the original packaging. After we receive the item we will promptly refund your purchase price. The buyer must pay for return shipping. If any item is defective, we will replace the merchandise for the same item, or offer a refund, after the merchandise has been returned.
