Please see pictures. We are not sure what this came from but looks somewhat similar to 121-DB-12A or other Western Electric audio switches.
Marked on this one are:
"Spec 10079-5" on backside of grey metal plate
"4463" "1006953-5 " on side of phenolic type contact plate
Used but not abused: common and 4 of the contact terminals appear to have been soldered to, the other terminals never used.
Nice firm switch action
Contacts looks to be silver plated (or silver gold mix)
