We only take returns because forces us too. Please realize, if the item you are sent is altered in any way, (we leave a removable distinguishing mark somewhere on all of our items), we will not honor a refund and will file a fraud complaint with. We are honest sellers for over 26 years selling used vintage items that are not replaceable with another item, so exchanges are never an option.
