If any jewelry item is damaged upon receipt by the purchaser, then within 7 days of delivery please notify me via the platform’s email / messaging system. Please provide a picture showing the damage. I do not accept returns for the reason of “Buyers Remorse”. If you purchased an item and later decide you do not want it, I’m sorry but I will not accept a return on such an item. Also, the window of opportunity for a damaged item is 7 days and will only result in a replacement, not a refund.

I also do not accept returns initiated by parents where their minor children made the purchase. As parents, you are responsible for the actions of your children.
