Each chewable tablet contains 680 mg of calcium carbonate (Calcii carbonas) (equivalent to 272 mg of calcium) and 80 mg of magnesium carbonate (Magnesii carbonas). Usage Adults and children over 12 years of age: suck or chew 1 or 2 tablets. It is recommended to take the tablets an hour after the main meal and before bed, but in case of heartburn or pain, you can take an additional dose during breaks.
