Gate-fold cover looks great; a few creases near edges and very-little scuffing (front/back/inner-gate); faint surface impressions, discoloration spots near bottom, and written message in blue ink near top-left on front. Inner-sleeve is generic white. Splits near center and wear along outer/inner-spine. Shelf-wear along right/top/bottom-edges; small split near right along back bottom-edge and top-edge completely split. Wear to corners. Opening is crisp with signs of use and divots.
