12" wide by 9" tall by 8"
Made in Italy
The ends of two petals are missing and were filed them to look more natural. Look closely at the yellow roses. It is not apparent until you know they are there.
I am a sculptor and I have the diamond tools for this kind of work.
The piece was already not mint so there is no harm in restoring it for appearances. As long as everyone knows this piece was altered for appearance, by whom and why, all is well. Someone will get a display piece at a huge discount.
