Order Returns

Please follow these steps to initiate and send your Return Order Request.

Upon receiving and reviewing your Return Order request, you will receive an email with detailed return instructions.

Once we receive the return package, your refund will be processed within 3 – 4 business days.

Cancel Your Order

To cancel an order, please follow these guidelines:

To initiate a cancellation, please get in touch with us via email or through the return request form. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

A restocking or processing fee may apply if work has already commenced on your order.

For special order items, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.

Orders canceled or modified after entering production may incur a 5 – 7% cancellation fee.

Exchange Your Order

Please complete and submit the Order Exchange Request form.

Upon receipt and review of your Order Exchange Request, you will receive an email with return instructions. Please ensure to follow these instructions when shipping the package back.

To proceed with the exchange, please email us the details of the new item(s) you would like in exchange for your returned order. We will then arrange the new order in your account.

If the exchange order’s value does not exceed $200 of the original order, a $30 shipping fee will apply.

If the exchange order is of lesser value than the original order, an appropriate restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
